| Are your candles 100% soy? |

Yes. We buy only the best soy
wax from our manufacturer who in turn only buys
from American Farmers. |
Do you use additives? |

The only additive we put in our candles is
the fragrance oil, which is synthetic. Essential
oils do not throw a scent as well as fragrance
oils do, so we choose to use fragrance. |
What kind of wicks do you use? |

Our wicks are flat, braided cotton core
wicks dipped in soy wax. |
Are your candles "Triple
Scented"? |
| |
No such thing - "Triple Scented" is nothing
more than a marketing gimmick. We don't like
gimmicks or misleading statements. The truth of
the matter is, wax will only hold so much scent.
No matter what the blend there is a maximum. Too
much fragrance oil will not "soak up" in the
wax, but rather rise to the top and make the
entire candle (not just the wick) flammable.
Very dangerous! So no, our candles are not
"triple scented", but they do have the maximum
amount of scent possible! |
Why don't you use dye? |
| There are several reasons we
don't use dyes, and they are as follows: |

Pure soy
candles do not color well. Over dyeing
leaves the color uneven, called
"Frosted" and is not an appealing look. |

Color is unnecessary. It doesn't make the
candle burn cleaner, it doesn't help the scent.
Dye has little purpose aside from making the
candle "look pretty", but sometimes it doesn't
even do that. |

Less mess. Have you
ever knocked over a candle by accident? I think we all have at least
once. I know I have several times. I've got a
few spots of color on my carpet thanks to the
dye in the candle. They've come out with a
little work (except for the red dye), but who wants to spend an hour on
their hands and knees cleaning up dye on the
carpet? Buying a candle without dye eliminates
the need to clean up accidental spills. Remember
soy wax candles are supposed to be easier to
clean up, and with dye it's not as easy. |

on the color and the style of the jar that will
match their decor. With our candles, the jars
will blend into just about any decor and the
Opaque White of the candle will compliment any color scheme. Now, it's just
deciding what wonderful scent to choose from. |

Ashland. All other places we will ship but, we
always try to get you the best shipping rate. |
Why do some candles burn uneven
or "tunnel"? |
| |
Soy candles will burn all the way and not
"tunnel".... IF you burn them right. The first
time the candle is lit, be sure to burn it for
at least 2-3 hours, or until the wax is melted
all the way across the jar. Each time you want
to enjoy your candle, trim the wick a 1/4 to1/2"
above the candle. |

Do I need a PayPal account to

No. PayPal is a third party that allows
store owners online to accept credit cards. When
checking out, if you do not have a PayPal
account you will just be asked to use your
